Shipping/How long will my order take to arrive?
- Ascension Haven's shipping is now domestic!

Free shipping by air is now included on all orders and estimated shipping time is  between 5 - 8 working days. Because of COVID-19 delivery times are not guaranteed but at the moment are generally consistent.

Can I get my order with tracking?

-Absolutely! Shipments with tracking and insurance arrive within 8-14 business days and but is not as fast as our free shipping method included with every order. For shipments to be tracked the packages must be scanned at every check point along the way which slows the down the delivery process. For this reason we have chosen the quickest delivery time for our customers. If you have any custom shipping requests please email us at Info@AscensionHaven.com before you place your order to notify us of your preferred method of shipping and we'll adjust the charge accordingly.

The tracking number isn’t showing any tracking updates. Where is it?

-Tracking updates are only available for certain countries. Please allow time for your parcel to be processed through your national customs department before you can expect tracking updates to be confirmed. Please contact your local post office for further details if tracking is not available online for your destination. For any further inquires contact us and we can check on the parcel for you. 

Can I change my order?

-If you notice a mistake with your order in your confirmation, for example: Your address or the color of the item. You can contact us as soon as you have noticed and we may be able to edit the order during the processing period. We tend to ship orders out within 24 hours (48 hours on weekends) so if you notice a mistake contact us via email or messenger asap!

I’m unable to place my order. What do I do?

-If an error message keeps occurring in your check out process, more often than not there is a credit card problem, or a defect with the billing or shipping address you are trying to use. To fix this error, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing or shipping information. If the error message keeps re-occurring, please email our Customer Care team at Info@AscensionHaven.com.

How safe and secure is your website?

All payments are processed by PayPal & Shopify Payments, which are very trusted and secure platforms. We do not store or have access to any of your credit or debit card details, or passwords. Payments are 100% screened through and processed by PayPal & Shopify.
